What this site does not do

medvalius.com is an information website about our company and our programs. It does not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools, and it has no forms or user accounts.

Fonts and scripts are served from medvalius.com itself. The site does not load fonts, scripts or other content from third-party services.

What we process and why

Personal data is processed in two situations only.

When you visit the site

Data
Your IP address, browser and device information, the page you requested and the time of the request.
Purpose
To deliver the site to you and to keep it secure and working.
How it is collected
Automatically, by our hosting infrastructure, while you visit the site.
Legal basis
Article 5(2)(f) of the KVKK: our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working.
Retention
Kept for as long as needed for this purpose and then deleted, subject to any legal retention obligation.

When you email us

Data
Your email address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message.
Purpose
To reply to you and to handle your request.
How it is collected
Through the email you send to hello@medvalius.com.
Legal basis
Article 5(2)(f) of the KVKK: our legitimate interest in responding to your request. If the correspondence leads to a contract with you, Article 5(2)(c): processing necessary for setting up or performing that contract.
Retention
Kept for as long as needed for this purpose and then deleted, subject to any legal retention obligation.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with:

  • Vercel Inc., our hosting provider, to serve the site;
  • Google, through Google Workspace, our email service provider, to send and receive our email;
  • public authorities legally authorised to request it, when they do so and we are legally obliged to comply.

Transfers abroad

Vercel’s and Google’s servers may be located outside Türkiye, so personal data may be transferred abroad. Such transfers are carried out under Article 9 of the KVKK.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:

  • learn whether your personal data is processed;
  • request information about the processing, if it is;
  • learn the purpose of the processing and whether your data is used accordingly;
  • know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your data is transferred;
  • ask for incomplete or inaccurate data to be corrected;
  • ask for your data to be erased or destroyed under the conditions set out in the law;
  • ask for such corrections, erasures or destructions to be notified to third parties who received the data;
  • object to a result against you that arises solely from automated analysis of your data;
  • claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing of your data.

How to make a request

You can send us a request about your personal data:

  • in writing, to our registered address above;
  • by email to hello@medvalius.com, signed with a secure electronic signature or mobile signature; or
  • by email to hello@medvalius.com from an email address you have previously given us and that is registered in our systems.

Please include your name and enough detail for us to identify you and understand your request.

Under Article 13 of the KVKK, we will respond to your request free of charge within 30 days at the latest. If responding involves an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu).

If your request is rejected, our response is insufficient or we do not respond in time, you can file a complaint with the Board under Article 14 of the KVKK.

Changes to this notice

If the way this site handles personal data changes, for example if we add analytics, we will update this notice and the date at the top.
